Los Angeles - The excitement was great when two bodyguards of teen
idol Justin Bieber went off to a photographer and stole him the memory card from his camera. Now reported, the U.S. gossip site TMZ, the photographer Jeffrey Binion did the artist sued because he had rushed his bodyguards on him. Even Hugo H. Bieber protector should stand trial.
But that's not enough: Binion claims that the bodyguard had threatened him with a gun. Thus, H. had thrown him against a wall, gripped him by the throat and shown carrying a gun. The other security guards had meanwhile taken the memory card from his camera. The photographer had 5 already in a police interview after the alleged assault on June explained that he had been attacked when he tried to photograph Bieber before Miami's Hit Factory recording studio.
He had been injured, also suffered psychologically through the pain and fear, as Binion. In addition, treatment costs were incurred. Binion's attorney Russell S. Adler TMZ said: "Justin Bieber is all grown up now, and so he should behave well." The young man must realize that he can not abuse his bodyguards as weapons, inflicting harm the innocent. "Bieber's brutal crackdown photographer has to stop, he should stand trial for his actions."
Binion said the bodyguard had no work permit for the U.S. state of Florida and could not carry weapons there too. The management of Bieber has not commented on the allegations.
It's not the first time that Bieber's men are accused of physical assault. There were only four times in the past week, similar complaints, three in Miami and one in Hollywood.
