Swift earned victory of the category Top Female Artist, Top Billboard 200 Artist, Top Digital Songs Artist, Top Country Artist, Top Country Song for We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, and Top Country Album for Red. He beat a lot of the more senior names.

She immediately dedicated the victory to the fans. "You guys are the best partner and the longest I've ever had," he said. Speech was of course referring to the Swift love story so far. Many men to fall in love with him only lasted a matter of months, even weeks.
